Jesse Lopez has been so heavily discussed by viewers throughout Beast Games Season 2. The second season of Beast Games premiered January 7, 2025, on Amazon Prime Video. Season Two has a larger scale and includes much larger challenges and an incredible five-million-dollar prize. In this season’s gameplay, Jesse Lopez is in the middle of all the action, making things feel more intense and competitive. Jesse Lopez is player 64 and part of the Smart group, one of the two teams created by MrBeast. The other group is called Strong. From the first episode, Jesse stands out because he is not new to tough reality shows. He already knows how pressure feels.What makes Jesse’s story even more special is his family moment that fans recently saw online. Before stepping into Beast Games Season 2, his 12-year-old son won $500,000 in a MrBeast YouTube challenge. Now, Jesse is chasing something even bigger.

Jesse Lopez brings Survivor experience and a powerful family story to Beast Games Season 2

In Survivor 43, Jesse Lopez gained notoriety after competing against many others on both a physical and mental level in various difficult situations. The Survivor television reality series places people in very adverse environments forcing them to outwit, outplay and outlast one another for continued participation in the series. Jesse learned valuable skills such as remaining calm, thinking quickly and persevering through difficult situations due his participation on Survivor.In Beast Games Season 2, players are split into Strong and Smart groups. Jesse Lopez is in the Smart group, where thinking clearly matters just as much as strength. The season also includes a special crossover episode featuring Jeff Probst, who joins MrBeast to guide the contestants through strategy and challenges.Before the season began, Jesse’s family had a big moment online. On March 1, 2025, MrBeast released a YouTube video titled “Last to Leave Their Circle Wins $500,000.” Jesse’s son, Gio, won the challenge and took home the full prize. The ending touched many viewers.MrBeast announced in the video, “Your son just won half a million dollars!”Gio hugged his father as the crowd celebrated.Later, Jesse Lopez shared his feelings on Instagram. He proudly talked about his son’s win and made his goal clear. Jesse wrote:“Watched my 12-year-old take half a million dollars from @mrbeast, so I decided to try and take 5 million more in @beastgames!
