  • Discounts up to 7%

The “Housing for All Egyptians 7” campaign has extended its application deadline to September 14, addressing low-income needs nationwide. At the same time, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is rolling out more residential land offerings to meet the rising demand in new cities, enabling citizens to build homes legally and sustainably.
