Jimmy Donaldson, better known online as MrBeast, is once again at the center of online debate. His latest Minecraft video on the MrBeast Gaming channel, titled “1000 Players Simulate Civilization: Boys vs Girls,” went viral fast. The video showed two teams of 500 players building separate civilizations. By the end, the boys’ team won after a final in-game war.Within hours, the video crossed millions of views and became a big talking point. But soon after, the focus shifted. One of the players from the girls’ team, VTuber and streamer Zavvy, shared serious claims on X. She said the video did not show major problems that happened during the event. According to her, cheating, fake accounts, and hateful messages hurt the girls’ team long before the final battle. Her posts quickly spread, and many viewers began asking what really happened behind the scenes.
Zavvy explains what went wrong inside MrBeast’s Minecraft event
Zavvy said several men used fake images and deepfakes to enter the girls’ team by pretending to be women. She claimed these players then caused damage inside the girls’ area and targeted players repeatedly. In her words, the issue lasted for days during the week-long event. She also said there was no clear way to report problems at first. In a full statement shared on X, Zavvy wrote:“We had people using fake images to get onto the girls’ side and then start attacking players they saw. This went on for days during a week-long event. There was not even a proper way to report this in the Discord server until players kept asking staff to add one.”She added that the event was first shared with players as a civilization-building challenge, not a player-versus-player war. This, she said, made things harder for many girls who were new to PvP gameplay. As problems grew, fear of fake accounts led to more issues. Zavvy said transgender women on the girls’ team were wrongly suspected just because of their voices, which caused fights and stress within the group.Zavvy also shared screenshots from the United Girls Federation server. The images showed signs placed in the girls’ area with sexist and racist messages written in Russian. She explained that the messages were translated and usernames were hidden to avoid giving attention to the people involved. She later said she spoke up because the girls were getting hate online while key details were missing from the video. She wished the final upload had explained the cheating problems more clearly instead of only a short note in the description.Away from the Minecraft event, the creator faced more noise online after SteveWillDoIt criticized him during an appearance on Impaulsive, hosted by Logan Paul. That moment added to the wider discussion around MrBeast this week. Also Read: MrBeast Net Worth In 2025: YouTube Earnings, Endorsements, Business Empire, Investments And More
