According to police reports, Henderson called 911 on the day of the incident. She told officers that the customer’s door was open and that he was asleep without pants. However, the man said he had been drinking the night before and did not know he was exposed. Police decided that no crime had been committed because he was inside his own home and did not try to show himself to others.
