UAE introduces Tabby instalment payments for MoHRE fees and fines nationwide.
UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has launched a new payment option allowing customers to pay service fees and administrative fines in instalments through “Tabby”.The service enables payments to be split over a period of four to 12 months, with a maximum transaction limit of AED 20,000. It is available on the ministry’s digital platforms, where users can select the Tabby instalment option during payment.MoHRE said the move is part of its efforts to improve digital services and provide more flexible payment solutions for customers.Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at MoHRE, said the initiative supports the ministry’s goal of enhancing service efficiency and simplifying procedures. He added that expanding partnerships with financial service providers helps offer more accessible and convenient payment options.The Tabby service complements existing instalment payment methods already available to MoHRE customers. Users can also pay fees and fines through credit card instalment plans offered by eight approved banks.These include Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Mashreq Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Commercial International Bank and RAKBANK. Credit card instalment plans are available for up to 12 months, subject to each bank’s terms and conditions.
