On Tuesday, December 9, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued an official notice prohibiting all citizens from traveling to the Republic of Mali. The Ministry highlighted that the current developments in Mali pose significant risks, prompting the government to act swiftly to protect its nationals. Emirati citizens currently visiting Mali are being urged to return to the UAE without delay. The Ministry stressed the importance of following all official advisories and alerts, calling for the highest levels of caution and vigilance while navigating the situation.To support citizens abroad, the Ministry has provided a dedicated emergency contact number that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
