Kaelin Bradshaw, a TikTok creator with over 99,000 followers, has died at the age of 29 after fighting a rare stage 4 bile duct cancer. Her husband, Austin Bradshaw, confirmed her death on Monday, October 27, in a video posted to her TikTok page. Kaelin Bradshaw had been sharing her cancer journey online since less than a year ago. Her final video before her death was posted on October 16, where she said she was entering hospice care and asked people to support her husband through GoFundMe.

Austin Bradshaw said Kaelin died at 1 a.m. while holding his hand. He said she was not in pain and was surrounded by her entire family. He read a note from Kaelin, saying she fought hard and never gave up. Kaelin Bradshaw was diagnosed with stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma, a rare bile duct cancer that usually happens to people over 50, according to Mayo Clinic (source: Mayo Clinic). She first shared that her symptoms began in October 2024. Kaelin Bradshaw had posted an emotional video on October 11 where she said her MRI showed the liver tumor had grown again. Soon after that, she moved into hospice. In that video she cried and said she had to sign a DNR (do not resuscitate) form even though she was only in her 20s. Kaelin shared how hard that moment was for her.Her father, Mark Bradshaw, also confirmed her death on Instagram on Tuesday. He posted old photos and videos of Kaelin and wrote that they lost their “beloved angel.” He thanked everyone for their love and prayers and said Kaelin’s light touched many people.

Kaelin Bradshaw’s last message was about helping her husband Austin

In her final TikTok post on October 16, Kaelin Bradshaw asked people to visit her GoFundMe link to help her husband Austin. She said Austin has been with her since day one. She wrote that he stayed with her every single night in the hospital while working two jobs.
