Brown University Shooting: Manhunt Enters Day 3 After Person of Interest Released | Watch

In one 00:13 clip, the individual, wearing a mask and a dark two-tone jacket, walked on a sidewalk by a picket fence at around 2 pm on Saturday, officials said. A 00:08 surveillance video shown during the Monday press conference showed an individual wearing what appears to be a mask crossing a street. In a 00:09 clip, the same individual was seen walking on a sidewalk next to an iron gate. Officials also displayed photos of the person, who appeared to be wearing dark clothing. This came a day after they released a person of interest in the case. That marked a setback in the investigation of Saturday’s attack on the Ivy League university campus and added to questions about the shooting and the probe. Police had detained the man at a Rhode Island hotel. The FBI said the man is about 5-feet-8, with a stocky build. The FBI is now offering a $50,000 reward for information that can lead to “the identification, the arrest and the conviction of the individual” responsible, who we believe to be armed and dangerous. Chief of Police Oscar L. Perez, Jr. said Monday the shooter “definitely” targeted Brown University. “What I can tell you is that this individual definitely targeted Brown University, because clearly we’re here speaking about that, and I can also tell you that obviously it’s something that we’re looking into – as far if there was anything else that he was targeting, but it’s all open” Perez said.
