Soulja Boy has announced a new project called Rapper University after spending the last few days talking about Kai Cenat’s Streamer University 2026. The rapper revealed the idea on X, saying he plans to create his own Twitch-based program aimed at aspiring artists. The announcement came shortly after Kai Cenat officially opened applications for Streamer University 2026 on June 8. The creator unveiled the return of the event with a Harry Potter-inspired trailer and launched applications for students, professors, and club directors. The project quickly became one of the most talked-about topics in the streaming community, drawing interest from creators across different platforms.As applications opened, Soulja Boy made it clear that he wanted to be part of the event. He posted a message on X directed at Kai and joked that there would be problems if he was left out. The post quickly gained attention online and led to further discussion during one of Soulja Boy’s livestreams. Instead of waiting for an invitation, however, the rapper soon revealed a different plan. He told fans he was moving forward with his own version of the concept, putting Rapper University in the spotlight.

Before announcing the project, Soulja Boy spoke about Streamer University during a livestream. He said he wanted to attend the event and joked that he would spend the year trolling participants if he did not get in.During the same stream, he also mentioned content creator DDG, who was involved with the first Streamer University event.Not long after, Soulja Boy shared a new post on X announcing Rapper University. “Never mind, we doing Rapper University. Who tryna come? We shooting in Atlanta,” he wrote.The post included a promotional image that was labeled as AI-generated. The graphic showed Soulja Boy standing in front of a university-style campus building. It also featured the slogan “Enroll. Create. Take Over.”According to the poster, Rapper University will be hosted exclusively on Twitch. Fans interested in participating were asked to send their applications directly to Soulja Boy through direct messages.The image also listed several goals for participants. Among them were opportunities to join the university, learn from Soulja Boy, improve their careers, and work toward becoming successful rap artists.At this stage, many details about the project remain unknown. Soulja Boy has not announced an official launch date, explained how the program will work, or confirmed whether it will be an in-person event similar to Streamer University.Meanwhile, Kai Cenat continues to accept applications for Streamer University 2026. As of the latest updates, he has not publicly responded to Soulja Boy’s earlier comments or the launch of Rapper University.
