The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has formally opened registration for Hajj 1447 AH, offering pilgrims from Muslim-minority countries a direct, fully digital pathway through the official Nusuk Hajj platform. For the first time, eligible participants can complete every step of the process without intermediaries, signalling a move towards a streamlined, transparent pilgrimage experience.

Direct registration through Nusuk Hajj

Pilgrims from Muslim-minority countries included in the Direct Hajj Program may now register directly via the Nusuk Hajj platform, eliminating the need to engage external agents or third parties. The Ministry emphasised that Nusuk Hajj is the sole authorised digital portal for registration, ensuring security and official oversight throughout the process.Registration officially began on 15 Rabi’ Al-Thani 1447 AH, corresponding to 7 October 2025. At this stage, the platform supports account registration only. Details regarding Hajj package selection and bookings will be announced at a later date.

Step by step registration process

The Nusuk Hajj platform has been designed to provide an integrated digital experience covering registration, package selection, and payment. Pilgrims may:

  1. Visit hajj.nusuk.sa.
  2. Select their country of residence.
  3. Enter their email address and accept the platform’s terms and conditions.
  4. Complete OTP verification.
  5. Create a secure password.
  6. Upload the required documents, including:
    • Passport
    • Personal photograph
    • Proof of residence

The system allows users to add up to seven family members under a single account, simplifying group registration.

Registration for guides

Individuals wishing to serve as Hajj guides can also register through Nusuk Hajj. By selecting the “Become a Guide” option, applicants may complete the necessary forms for approval by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

Security and authorisation

The Ministry underlined that registration is only valid through the official platform, hajj.nusuk.sa. Pilgrims are warned against using unauthorised links, external offices, or third-party services claiming to provide Hajj registration or payment options. Only licensed service providers, approved through Nusuk Hajj, are authorised to facilitate bookings.
