Russian flight attendant stabbed to death with a pair of scissors at Dubai hotel by ex-husband who suspected she was working as escort

A 25-year-old Russian flight attendant, identified as Anastasia, was found dead at a five-star hotel in Dubai withat least 15 stab wounds all rendered with a pair of scissors her jealous ex-husband who suspected her of offering escort service. 41-year-old Albert Morgan, also a Russian national, was arrested on suspicion of the murder immediatelt after Morgan’s plane touched down St. Petersburg hours after 25-year-old Anastasia was found slain with at least 15 stab wounds at the fancy Voco Bonnington hotel in the heart of Dubai last week.

Stalked wife to Dubai, put on hote robe to enter ex-wife’s room

According to reports, Morgan, a legal consultant, allegedly stalked his ex-wife to Dubai believing that she had been working as a high-end escort while they were still married. He allegedly posed as a guest, put on a hotel robe he nicked from the laundry room and persuaded a maid to let him into the woman’s room.Morgan initially planned to douse her in green paint and use the scissors to chop off her hair, but when he arrived, a fight erupted and Morgan allegedly killed Anastasia and fled.Anastasia used to work for Russian airline Pobeda. After two years of marriage, the couple split and the suspected killer allegedly went into Anastasia’s private messages and decided to take the the 2,700-mile trip with an accomplice. Dubai police identified Morgan as the suspect from security footage and told Russian authorities, who arrested him when he landed back in St. Petersburg.

‘Send me to Ukraine’

When Morgan was arrested and taken into custody, he asked to be sent to fight for Russia in Ukraine. This is not the first criminal case against Morgan who served seven years in prison on drug charges. He had changed his name to match the US banking dynasty as he took a new identity. He had domestic disputes with Anastasia in the past, but she withdrew all of her complaints against him, local media said.
