Real reason Donald Trump skipped son's weekend wedding in Bahamas, according to Mary Trump

Mary Trump says Donald Trump does not love his children and Iran was only an excuse to skip Don Jr’s wedding last weekend.

As Ivanka Trump posted the photos of Donald Trump Jr’s weekend wedding with Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson in the Bahamas, social media users noticed that her husband, Jared Kushner, who is supposed to be talking with Iran, was present at the ceremony. Trump announced earlier that he would not be present at the wedding as he has work to do at the White House. “While I very much wanted to be with my son, Don Jr., and the newest member of the Trump Family, his soon to be wife, Bettina, circumstances pertaining to Government, and my love for the United States of America, do not allow me to do so,” his post read.On the weekends, there was a golf time on his schedule this weekend where he was supposed to travel to his New Jersey golf resort but later it was canceled and Trump remained in Washington.Donald Trump’s niece and a staunch critic, Mary Trump, recently said that the real reason President Trump did not attend the wedding was not Iran, but his inability to love and be loved. Mary claimed that he hates his children. “Well I don’t mean to be reductive, but this is essentially true that the reason we’re in this mess is because Donald never has been loved and, unfortunately, that is the thing he most wanted and still wants, but due to complicated circumstances my grandfather actually and my grandmother gets a little credit for this too, they made Donald somebody who desperately wants to be loved and who is utterly unlovable,” Mary said. “So it’s not even that Donald isn’t as loved as Colbert (Stephen), nobody loves him — nobody. And he knows it deep down. That’s where the rage and the jealousy come in.”As Mary discussed with Dean Obeidallah that it was only Don Jr’s second marriage and not the 10th one that the father could skip it, Mary said she did not feel sorry for him either. ““Donnie is a horrible human being. He’s a little Nazi,” she said. “He is totally unaccomplished, and he’s a racist and a misogynist and just a terrible person. So don’t waste your time feeling bad for him.”
