Ray J, whose real name is Willie Norwood, was arrested on Thanksgiving morning after a very scary livestream where he was seen holding a gun and making threats. Daily Mail records show police took him in at 4:08 a.m., and he was booked for a felony criminal threat charge. Sheriff’s sources say he is still in the LA jail with $50,000 bail.Police went to a home in Porter Ranch after a call about a possible domestic fight, according to TMZ. Ray J was on live video, saying he was having the “worst Thanksgiving” and claiming someone wanted to take his kids. Viewers saw him pick up a gun, load it, and warn that he would “blow” anyone who came near his door.During the video, Princess Love walked in while holding one of their kids. She said Ray J pointed the gun at her and their daughter. Ray J denied this and said she and another person were drunk. A man then came inside and argued with him. Ray J said more threats toward the man.The livestream also had the sound of a child crying and police sirens. Officers came in, checked the home, and arrested Ray J without a fight. Daily Mail says neither Ray J nor Princess Love has spoken about the incident yet. Because of the livestream, Twitch banned Ray J’s channel. The platform does not allow violent threats or showing guns in a dangerous way during live video.

In February 2024, she posted a long message on Instagram saying they chose to separate after “much reflection.” She said they will still co-parent and asked people for privacy. The pair had earlier breakups too. Princess Love filed in 2020, with a big fight in Las Vegas in 2019 during her pregnancy. They got back together, then Ray J filed again in 2020, again in 2021, and later took the papers back in 2023.
