Podcaster Jennifer Welch strongly criticized Erika Kirk, the widow of late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, during the December 7 episode of the I’ve Had It podcast. Welch accused Erika Kirk of being “an absolute grifter” and compared her to Donald Trump. She also called Charlie Kirk racist and homophobic, using direct and blunt language that quickly caught public attention.Welch made the comments while speaking with her co-host Angie “Pumps” Sullivan. The discussion focused on Erika Kirk’s recent remarks about women in New York City and their voting choices. Welch said Erika Kirk uses her position to put down other women instead of supporting them.Welch said on the podcast:“This woman should be kicked to the curb. She is an absolute grifter. Just like Donald Trump and just like her unrepentant racist homophobic husband was.”The comments spread fast online, with listeners reacting to Welch’s sharp tone and strong opinions.

Jennifer Welch reacts to Erika Kirk’s New York comments and views on women

Jennifer Welch’s criticism followed Erika Kirk’s interview with The New York Times at the DealBook Summit on December 3. While speaking to journalist Andrew Ross Sorkin, Erika Kirk said it was “ironic” that most of New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s supporters were women. Erika Kirk said:“It’s so ironic and so interesting that a heavy percentage of the individuals that voted for him were female.”She also talked about women living in cities like Manhattan, suggesting they rely too much on the government instead of building families. She said:“What I don’t want to have happen is women, young women, in the city look to the government as a solution. To put off having a family or a marriage, because you’re relying on the government to support you.”Jennifer Welch responded strongly to those remarks on her podcast. She accused Erika Kirk of using her gender to attack other women and questioned her values.Jennifer Welch said:“You are an opportunistic grifter who weaponizes your gender to demean women.”She also spoke about Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, who was shot and killed in September while speaking at Utah Valley University.Jennifer Welch added:“Your deceased husband was an unrepentant racist and a homophobe.”Angie Sullivan agreed with Welch and said there is more to life than only being a wife or a mother. Welch also criticized Erika Kirk’s clothing choices, saying she changes her image depending on the situation. After Charlie Kirk’s death, Erika Kirk took over as CEO of Turning Point USA, keeping her in the public spotlight and continuing the debate around her views. Also Read: Old Charlie Kirk Interview With Blushing Erika Kirk Returns To Spotlight As Candace Owens Fuels Cover Up Allegations
