Fellow streamers xQc and Pokimane have reignited their rivalry yet again as the former took a shot at the latter’s recent post on X about the state of streaming today. It started when Pokimane shared her disappointment, expressing how she missed the days when streaming was about gaming, and not just drama baiting and clip farmingPokimane’s statement seemed to have irked xQc, who, in turn, blamed her as the reason for all she was complaining about. struck a nerve with xQc. This continues the back-and-forth jabs and insults thrown at each other since 2021. Ludwig Ahgren also joined in on the chaos as the xQc stands firm on his rant against Pokimane and her views throughout the years.
xQc’s latest clash with Pokimane reveals years of tension between them
Pokimane’s latest post was reposted by industry reporter @FearedBuck where xQc jumped in and criticized her past behaviour. He argued that during his 2021–2023 GTA RP days, Pokimane “farmed me and @Trainwreckstv for drama and clicks.” This is another ugly entry in the bad blood that has existed between the two streamers since 2021.This was also another way for xQc to clap back at Pokimane for her past comments about her disapproval of xQc’s gambling streams. When he signed a massive $70 million non-exclusive deal with Kick in 2023, she concluded that he had completely compromised his morals and ethics for money. Since then, xQc has always criticised Pokimane wherever he can dig out errors. Amidst the latest chaos between the two, Ludwig Ahgren stepped in and advised xQc to address Pokimane directly rather than replying indirectly. He further mocked xQc to face her head-on if he was to say anything to her regarding his issues with her statement about the state of streaming.However, xQc did not hold back on his views and doubled down on how not talking to her directly was a statement in itself. He emphasised that he has always openly expressed his feelings, saying, “People know where I stand on EVERYTHING, ALWAYS. Do you think she doesn’t know that’s how I view things?”.
