Lip readers decode viral video of Trump-Melania 'fight': 'How can you do that?'

Lip readers decode that Trump was angry with the escalator incident and was not exactly fighting with Melania when he was seen pointing his finger at her.

Forensic lip reader Jeremy Freeman decoded the viral video of President Donald Trump pointing his finger at Melania Trump on board Marine One, the president’s helicopter, as the video has given the impression that not everything is alright between them. The video was taken from outside the helicopter while they were inside — as they arrived at the White House following Trump’s address at the United Nations General Assembly. Freeman said as per his understanding, they were not fighting, but Trump was still reeling from the escalator incident. The escalator that the President and the First Lady took stopped abruptly, forcing them to walk their way up — leaving Trump enraged. Trump claimed he and Melania were the victims of “triple sabotage” as his teleprompter was also not working when he came to give a speech. “A REAL DISGRACE took place at the United Nations yesterday – Not one, not two, but three very sinister events!” he wrote on Truth Social. The president said that it is “amazing that Melania and I didn’t fall forward onto the sharp edges of these steel steps, face first.”The UN said it believed that the escalator paused because someone from Trump’s team, probably the videographer, ran ahead of him, which triggered the safety mechanism. The lip reader said Trump’s pointed finger at Melania was nothing but an extension of that outrage as Melania told him that she “just continued” to walk when the escalator suddenly shut down. “It was unbelievable. How can you do that?” Trump told Melania, according to Freeman.“Donald, look at me,” Melania told Trump, as decoded by Freeman. A second British lip reader, Nicola Hickling, however came up with a different conversation but on the escalator thing only. “I can’t forgive them, they tried to hurt you,” Trump said, according to Hickling. “We can’t do this, we should stay safe, you’re not safe,” Melania replied.”They’re done. We must challenge them,” Trump said, according to Hickling.
