A viral claim linking YouTube star IShowSpeed with Virat Kohli’s lifestyle brand One8 has caught the attention of fans. Posts on X say Speed is set to collaborate with Kohli and become One8’s international ambassador after an earlier partnership request was missed. However, there is still no official confirmation from IShowSpeed, Virat Kohli or One8. Several users have also questioned the claim, calling the viral image AI-generated or fake.

IShowSpeed and Virat Kohli One8 collaboration claim remains unconfirmed

The story started with a post on X that claimed IShowSpeed first contacted One8 for a collaboration. According to the post, his message was not seen. Later, during one of his livestreams, Speed reportedly spoke about wanting to work with the brand. The post further claimed that One8 later reached out to him and suggested a collaboration involving Virat Kohli. It also said Speed accepted the offer immediately and is now set to become One8’s international ambassador. However, none of these claims have been confirmed by the people involved. Virat Kohli, IShowSpeed and One8 have not made any public announcement about such a partnership. A report by The Sunday Guardian also noted that there is no official confirmation despite the growing online discussion.

Viral image raises questions as fans wait for an official statement

The viral post also included an image showing IShowSpeed and Virat Kohli sitting together in what looks like a locker room with the One8 logo in the background. While the picture has been widely shared, many social media users believe it is AI-generated or edited.Several replies to the original post questioned its authenticity. Some users said there was no reliable source behind the claim, while others pointed out that neither Speed nor Kohli had shared anything about the reported collaboration on their official social media accounts. At this point, the partnership remains a rumour. Even though the idea of one of the world’s biggest streamers teaming up with one of cricket’s biggest names has excited many fans, there is no verified evidence that the collaboration has been finalized.Until an official announcement comes from IShowSpeed, Virat Kohli or One8, the reports should be treated as unverified. For now, the viral posts have created plenty of discussion, but they have not been backed by any official statement.
