The gates at Stone Creek Ranch don’t look particularly imposing at first glance. But behind them, in western Delray Beach, is a hidden ultra-luxury estate, home to ‘Villa Skyfall’, a mansion designed to ‘make a billionaire’s jaw drop’. Set within a community of tech founders and hedge fund titans, this James Bond-inspired residence is everything the richest of the rich would dream of: heavily guarded gates patrolled by former military veterans and Navy SEALs, striking extravagance, and sheer scale tailored for the ultra-wealthy.

Villa Skyfall, the latest flagship listing to hit the market here, opens a window into how the ultra-wealthy are reshaping their relationship with real estate. The mansion, which sits on a 2.5-acre estate, is listed for $85 million. The estate isn’t just expensive; it’s an entire world packaged on a massive plot. The mansion has hidden poker lounges, an Amazon rainforest-style spa, and automotive galleries. The residence arrives fully furnished, fully stocked, down to the Chanel bags in the closets and the electric toothbrushes in each of the 12 bathrooms. The buyer, in theory, needs only to arrive. The rest is taken care of. Oh, and the neighbours are splendid too. The list includes actor Mark Wahlberg, hedge fund billionaire Steve Cohen, Rockstar Energy founder Russ Weiner, and NFL star Khalil Mack.

“This is literally the most prestigious address in South Florida right now. What’s so extraordinary about the community is that, like you said, eight years ago it was a hidden gem; not many people knew about it, and it’s truly evolved in terms of the level of A-list celebrity clients who are buying here, business and entrepreneurial leaders who have already bought, and also the quality that we’re now able to offer in this community,” Douglas Elliman Florida executive director and listing agent Senada Adzem told Fox News Digital. They have already sold multiple homes in the neighbourhood. The tight security and privacy are the key attractions of the residence. “Delray Beach has attracted global wealth now, and it’s a really special destination where it’s much quieter and more private than Miami or Palm Beach, and a lot of our clients really appreciate being in Stone Creek Ranch, where you can have large estates and a lot of privacy. They’re away from prying eyes,” Adzem added. According to her, the buyers “feel a peace of mind”.

What the buyer gets

The $85 million price tag doesn’t just provide a luxe abode, but a complete ecosystem. The buyer gets a 32-foot grand salon wrapped in crystal and backlit onyx. There is an automotive gallery that’s more like a museum. The Amazon rainforest-inspired spa comes with an actual climate-controlled recreation of jungle immersion. A 95-foot pool flanked by cabanas and fire pits is perfect for a stress-free evening. The estate also has a hidden passage and a poker lounge designed specifically for high-stakes entertaining without the outside world knowing it exists. Twelve bathrooms come with electric toothbrushes already installed. The walk-in closets are pre-stocked with Chanel, Dior, and Hermès handbags. A billionaire’s partner shouldn’t have a fashion emergency. The mansion also comes with a fully stocked bar and kitchen. We are not talking about furnishing, but an actual functioning kitchen. You will even find grocery items carefully curated so the buyer doesn’t have to hire contractors to make it liveable. They can simply walk in with nothing but $85 million.“It was designed to make a billionaire’s jaw drop,” Adzem said.

Villa Skyfall isn’t looking for middle-class retirees or young families. The potential buyers moving into Stone Creek Ranch should be those who have already won the money game decisively enough to play by different rules. The agents are particularly looking for such buyers. “We’re not going for a mass audience, so we’re looking for that very specific buyer who appreciates what this property has to offer. And it offers a lot, truly, in every single way — it is one of one. It’s a trophy property,” the agent told the publication.

Turnkey properties are trending

The mansion, which must have taken at least four to five years to complete, was, however, built in just 14 months. The buyer does not have to remodel it or make a hundred decisions. They just have to walk into a mansion that they can call home. According to Adzem, such turnkey properties are in high demand among wealthy circles.“Ultra-high-net-worth clients now want top-of-the-line, turnkey properties. They want to come in and, worry-free, know that they’ll only need to bring their clothing and personal items. Everything else will be provided for them,” she said.Billionaires absolutely appreciate such stress-free investments. “People are accustomed to coming in and having things in a way that they will really appreciate, and I think that’s what adds to the allure.”Florida didn’t become a billionaire refuge by accident. They aren’t here just for the weather. The zero state income tax in Florida is also attracting wealthy buyers.“We’re seeing a lot of entrepreneurs who are looking to retire very soon, and they want a sanctuary for themselves and their families, and people who really want to entertain… You have tax benefits of being in Florida, so we’re seeing clients from California, New York and Connecticut. They’re primarily in the finance and tech worlds, and we have had a few celebrities as well,” Adzem said. Go to Source
