A marital dispute turned deadly in the Salmi, Kuwait, area after an Indian man killed his wife inside their home, a crime that later resulted in a death sentence.Arab Times Kuwait reported that the Criminal Court, under the supervision of Judge Nayef Al-Dahoum, handed down a death sentence to an Indian expatriate convicted of murdering his wife. The incident took place at their residence in the Salmi area, where tensions in the marriage culminated in a brutal attack.According to the case file, the defendant struck his wife repeatedly on the head with a hammer, causing fatal injuries that led to her immediate death. Authorities quickly apprehended him, conducted thorough investigations, and referred the case to the Criminal Court. After careful examination of the evidence and establishment of the defendant’s guilt, the court delivered its verdict.This case underscores the severe legal repercussions of premeditated domestic violence and the vigilance of law enforcement in addressing such crimes.
