“I was pressured into unideal agreements”: Clavicular’s Miami nightclub investment turns into explosive legal battle over unpaid profits

Clavicular has spoken out amid his legal dispute with Miami’s Bacara Club, claiming he was “pressured into unideal agreements” after his lawyer alleged he never received profits from a $400,000 investment. While the nightclub’s representatives dispute the claims, Clavicular insists the matter will be resolved. The dispute has sparked fresh questions over ownership, unpaid earnings, and the influencer’s business partnerships.

Clavicular’s relationship with Miami nightlife has seemingly hit a breaking point. The influencer and streamer is currently in a legal battle with Bacara Club, saying he never got the financial returns he feels he was promised despite helping to raise the profile of the venue. The controversy has quickly become one of the biggest talking points among his followers, especially after his latest social media statement suggested that the business arrangement behind the scenes was far different from what many believed. While both sides are standing by their positions, the disagreement has now moved into the legal spotlight.

Clavicular’s Bacara Club dispute centers on unpaid investment claims

According to a legal letter cited by TMZ, Clavicular’s attorney argues that the creator invested $400,000 into Bacara Club under an agreement that entitled him to 50 percent of the club’s profits. The letter further alleges that he has “not been paid a single penny.” The filing also claims Clavicular’s public image played a major role in the nightclub’s success. His legal team alleges that former business partners later informed him he would need to pay $2 million to gain access to his share of the profits. As a result, his attorney is reportedly seeking the return of the original investment, any profits he is owed, and the removal of Clavicular’s likeness from the club’s promotional material. The dispute appears to contradict comments Clavicular made during a livestream earlier this month.”I don’t give a shit about Bacara anymore,” he said. “I already made my bag.”He also claimed he no longer held any ownership in the venue after selling “100 percent” of his shares.”Do they actually think the club is gonna work without me?” he added, while saying he would still visit the venue to support it.

Clavicular says “It will be resolved” as both sides respond

The legal letter is reportedly addressed to Hai Waknine and Christina Waknine. Their representative, Johnny Donovan, told TMZ that they intend to handle the disagreement “professionally and responsibly.” They also dispute the central claims made by Clavicular’s attorney, maintaining that Bacara Club was already operating before the streamer became associated with the business. Despite the legal conflict, Clavicular’s presence remains visible online. As of June 17, his photograph still appears on Bacara Club’s official Instagram page, while another post featuring him remains on Christina Waknine’s account. On June 16, Clavicular addressed the situation directly on X, hinting that outside pressure influenced earlier decisions.”This is a difficult world to navigate as a young man,” he wrote. “I was pressured into unideal agreements, and making various statements that weren’t accurate [or] my position. All is well though. It will be resolved.”For now, neither side appears ready to back down. With legal representatives involved and conflicting accounts continuing to surface, the dispute has become more than a business disagreement. It is now a closely watched public battle over money, ownership, and reputation. Go to Source
