HasanAbi says he might be ready to take things beyond online arguments. During a livestream on July 19, 2026, the political streamer revealed that he’s considering getting a restraining order against fellow creator Steven Kenneth Bonnell II, better known as Destiny. The comments came while he was reacting to posts about Destiny reportedly being denied entry to the College Democrats Summit 2026, where HasanAbi appeared as a guest speaker. The conversation didn’t stay focused on the event for long. HasanAbi used the moment to talk about what he described as a long-running pattern involving Destiny and members of his online community. According to him, the issue has gone beyond internet drama, saying he now believes legal action may be the right move.

HasanAbi explains why he believes legal action could be necessary

While speaking on stream, HasanAbi compared Destiny’s supporters to “liberal Groypers,” accusing them of engaging in organized harassment. He claimed they use harassment forums, dox people, and regularly target others online with abusive behavior. He then said the situation has reached a point where he is thinking about a restraining order.“I do think that it is coming to a point where maybe a restraining order is in order.” HasanAbi also explained that the decision wouldn’t only be about protecting himself.“I do think that a legal action is in order at this point because this is not even for me; it’s all these other people.”

HasanAbi criticizes Destiny and his online community

Later in the stream, HasanAbi shifted his attention directly to Destiny. He argued that the creator repeatedly ends up in controversies and then redirects attention toward him whenever new issues surface. He also claimed Destiny’s community ignores what he described as their creator’s “moral failings” because they stay focused on attacking him instead. Calling the behavior “mentally ill,” HasanAbi accused parts of the community of cyberstalking and organizing mass harassment campaigns.According to HasanAbi, many supporters don’t recognize what he believes is happening because they’re too invested in defending Destiny. His criticism wasn’t limited to the streamer himself but also extended to the culture surrounding his audience. As of now, Destiny has not publicly responded to HasanAbi’s comments or his statement about potentially pursuing a restraining order.
