Jeyhun Efendi, Divisional Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and E-commerce at flydubai, explained that the Riga route aligns with the airline’s strategy to expand into underserved markets. “Latvia is an exciting and dynamic market,” Efendi said. “We are pleased to offer passengers a convenient, direct link between Dubai and Riga. In addition to Latvia, the airline recently started nonstop flights to Chisinau in Moldova, Iasi in Romania, and Vilnius in Lithuania.
