A 32-year-old Florida physician and mother of two was found dead inside a freezer at a Dollar Tree store in Miami, a day after she entered the shop, according to police and local media reports. The woman, identified as Helen Massiell Garay Sanchez, was discovered by a store employee on Sunday morning. Authorities have said her death is being treated as unexplained, with investigations continuing into how and why she entered the restricted area where her body was found.Miami Police said officers were called to the Dollar Tree store on Southwest 8th Street around 8 a.m. on Sunday after an employee reported finding an unresponsive woman inside a freezer located in an employees-only area. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene. The store was closed for several hours while police conducted their investigation.According to investigators, Garay Sanchez entered the Dollar Tree on Saturday evening shortly before the store closed. Surveillance footage reviewed by police shows she did not make any purchases. Authorities say she then accessed a restricted area not open to customers, where the freezer was located, and remained there overnight.
