Donald Trump's son weighs in on release of Jeffrey Epstein files: 'It’s clear from all emails that...'

In a striking revelation, Donald Trump Jr. has pointed to freshly unearthed emails indicating that Jeffrey Epstein harbored a disdain for his father, implying that Epstein may have been poised to exploit any damaging secrets. This comes in light of Congress’s recent overwhelming approval of a bill aimed at releasing documents related to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Donald Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr, stepped into the debate over the impending release of Jeffrey Epstein files, claiming that newly public emails show the convicted pedophile had no love for his father. Posting on X, Jr said: “It’s clear from all the emails that Jeffrey Epstein hated Trump… so much so that he literally was literally live texting Democrats on how to impeach him. If he had anything on Trump he would have used it! But, why was a convicted pedophile still in direct coms with dems???” His comments come as Congress moved to force the public release of all unclassified records relating to Epstein and his right-hand woman Ghislaine Maxwell. The House passed the bill in a 427-1 vote, with only Republican Clay Higgins opposing it. The Senate approved the measure after a unanimous consent agreement cleared the way.The legislation now heads to President Donald Trump’s desk. Despite days of denying it, he has said he will sign it. A senior White House official said the president plans to review the bill as soon as it arrives. Once signed, the Justice Department will have 30 days to release the documents, with redactions to protect victims.Trump had resisted the push for disclosure for months calling it a “hoax” but abruptly changed course on Sunday, urging his MAGA base and Republicans to support the bill. Even after backing it, he has complained about the continued focus on Epstein, calling it a trivial matter pushed by Democrats to overshadow his administration.
