Decomposing body found in Tesla owned by singer D4vd, car was abandoned in Los Angeles

A decomposing body was found in a Tesla belonging to New York singer D4vd.

In what sounds like a major trouble for singer D4vd, a decomposing body has been found in a Tesla reportedly registered to his name. The Tesla was abandoned at a Los Angeles tow yard. Polie found the body Monday afternoon after someone reported a foul smell coming from the vehicle. The 2023 Tesla is registered to David Anthony Burke, the 20-year-old Queens-born artist known as D4vd, ABC7 reported. The victim’s identity is not known. The human remains were found stashed inside a bag in the front trunk. Investigators said the car had Texas license plates and was dumped at the yard for roughly five days.D4vd is scheduled to perform in Minneapolis on Tuesday as part of his “Withered” world tour that began last month. The tour stops in Los Angeles on September 20.Video from AIR7 showed police yellow tape encircling the Tesla, along with several parked vehicles, in the impound lot with a white canopy set up nearby. The singer has not issued any statement regarding the grim revelation. D4vd first gained attention in 2022 with his breakout single “Romantic Homicide”, which went viral on TikTok and later charted on the Billboard Hot 100. Another one of his popular songs is “Here With Me”, also widely used in short videos and streaming playlists. His music blends indie, R&B, and alternative sounds, often with emotional, melancholic lyrics.
