Video footage captured him collapsing as shocked spectators screamed and fled.Investigators in Utah have recovered the rifle used in the attack, the FBI confirmed Thursday. Robert Bohls, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Salt Lake City field office, said the weapon is a high-powered bolt-action rifle.US President Donald Trump who described Kirk “a very, very good friend” has announced that Kirk would be posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
