Her death was confirmed by her husband, Brandon Paul, who shared the heartbreaking news in an emotional video. According to People Magazine, MacKenzie had been battling acute myeloid leukemia for three years. In the video posted on Facebook on Thursday, January 22, Brandon spoke openly about his loss. But when it happened again days later, a senior doctor suggested tests. In August 2023, just seven weeks later, she received the diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia, a serious cancer of the blood and bone marrow.After Brandon shared the news of her death, fans filled social media with messages of love.
