Amazon has officially launched its first fulfilment centre in Abu Dhabi, developed in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO). Located in KEZAD, the facility brings advanced logistics, rapid delivery capabilities, and strategic support to local entrepreneurs and SMEs, while aligning with the UAE’s vision to strengthen its digital economy and global trade presence.

The new fulfilment centre is located within Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) and represents a key milestone in Amazon’s expansion across the UAE. According to Badr Al-Olama, the fulfilment centre supports several of Abu Dhabi’s priority economic sectors, including retail, wholesale trade, ICT, and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). Through the partnership with ADIO, Amazon is providing infrastructure and tools that help SMEs grow and scale their online operations effectively.Nearly 50% of the centre’s space is allocated to sellers using the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) service, allowing local and regional businesses to tap into Amazon’s storage, picking, packing, and shipping capabilities.
