The Israeli military has released fresh operational details from its ongoing “Operation Roar of the Lion” against Iran, informing that hundreds of sorties and thousands of strikes have been carried out against what it described as Iranian-linked targets. It claimed that it eliminated 40 top Iranian officials in “just 40 seconds”.According to the military, more than 800 attack sorties have been executed so far, with nearly 10,000 airstrikes hitting close to 4,000 targets. The operation has also involved the use of around 16,000 rounds of ammunition. The military claimed that over 2,000 soldiers and commanders associated with Iran had been killed during the operation. It added that alongside strikes in Iran, forces are engaged in a broader multi-front conflict, with nearly 7,000 targets struck across different theatres. In a post on X by spokesperson of the Israeli Defense Forces for Arabic media, Avichay Adraee said: The Defence Army publishes the data recorded so far in Operation Roar of the Lion
