Rafiq Nai is the launch commander of banned terror outfit Tahreek-ul-Mujahideen / Jammu Kashmir Ghaznavi Force.“The accused is actively involved in supervision of narcotics and weapons smuggling, facilitation of infiltration of trained terrorists, and revival of terrorist activities in the Poonch-Rajouri sector,” a police spokesperson said on Thursday. Rafiq, a “designated individual terrorist”, is wanted in multiple serious criminal cases, he added. The attached property is an agricultural land worth about Rs 10 lakh at Nar village in Poonch district’s Mendhar tehsil.
