New Delhi: Former Army chief M M Naravane and his publisher have said that his memoirs “Four Stars of Destiny” has not been published yet, undercutting the opposition’s charge that the govt had acted undemocratically by preventing Rahul Gandhi from citing from a published book. “We wish to make it clear that the book has not gone into publication. No copies of the book – in print or digital form – have been published, distributed, sold, or otherwise made available to the public by Penguin Random House…” the publisher posted late Monday.
