JAMMU: A 55-year-old man was found completely engulfed in flames on the outskirts of Jammu. Police along with residents doused the flames and rushed him to the govt medical college for treatment.Residents spotted Puran Chand, of RS Pura, burning near Ring Road in Kotli Mian Fateh under Miran Sahib police station. Police have registered a case and are probing the circumstances that led to the incident, officials said. A forensic team also visited the location to collect evidence.“Authorities have requested the public and media to refrain from speculations and wait for an official statement,” a police officer said.
