Kerala mantri's wife accused him of infidelity, seeks police help

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala minister KB Ganesh Kumar’s wife Bindu Menon has alleged that she found him in a “compromising situation” with another woman at his residence in Kollam’s Valakom on Saturday and sought police help after being stopped from leaving with images recorded on her cellphone.Speaking to a TV channel Monday, Menon called the episode “pathetic” and difficult even to describe. She said the minister’s staff prevented her from stepping outside and tried to seize her phone, prompting her to call the police on the advice of relative R Sreelekha, a former DGP and now a BJP councillor.Menon alleged the woman with Kumar was taken away in a car before police arrived.Kumar admitted he was “in love” but urged others not to interfere in his personal life, calling the controversy politically motivated.
