GRP constable injured in accidental firing in J&K’s Kathua

JAMMU: A 47-year-old GRP constable was injured when his service weapon went off accidentally in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir Saturday night, officials said.“The constable, identified as Dinesh Kumar, was injured in the shoulder in the incident that took place while he was on duty at Kathua railway station late Saturday night,” officials said.Kumar has been admitted at Govt Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Jammu.
