Buoyed by the two week US-Iran ceasefire, stock markets rallied strongly on Wednesday. While Nifty50 went above 24,000 intraday, BSE Sensex rose over 3,000 points. Nifty50 ended the day at 23,997.35, up 874 points or 3.78%. BSE Sensex closed at 77,562.90, up 2,946 points or 3.95%.The market rally qas supported by a temporary ceasefire between the US and Iran, a sharp decline in oil prices, and other favourable triggers. The gains marked the fifth consecutive session of advances.
