Bangladesh Nationalist Party chief Tarique Rahman was sworn in as the new Prime Minister of Bangladesh. Khamenei targets Trump in fresh threat message

14 security personnel killed in Pakistan bombings and gunfight

At least 14 security personnel and three civilians, including a child, were killed in two bomb attacks and a gunfight between police and militants in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, officials said. The assaults targeted a security checkpoint and a police station, according to a military statement and a security official cited by AP. In Bajaur district, militants drove an explosives-laden vehicle into a wall near a checkpoint, killing 11 security personnel and a girl, the military said. Read full story
