Punjab campus horror: Law student kills girl classmate, turns gun on himself

According to senior superintendent of police (SSP) Surendra Lamba, the deceased female student has been identified as Sandeep Kaur. The accused is identified as Prince Raj Singh who allegedly opened fire on Sandeep inside college campus. He then shot himself in the head.Both students were in their first semester at the college.
