An average of 79-97 seats has been predicted for the opposition alliance in Bihar.Matrize predicted 70-90 seats for the alliance, People’s Pulse, 75-101 seats, People’s Insight, 87-102 seats, Dainik Bhaskar, 73-91 seats.Follow live updates on Bihar Exit PollsThe state witnessed highest-ever voter turnout at 67.14% in final phase. An opinion poll by C-Voter had earlier predicted a close contest, giving the BJP–JDU-led NDA a 40% chance of retaining power. The RJD-led Mahagathbandhan followed closely with 38.3%, while Prashant Kishor’s new party, Jan Suraaj, emerged third with 13.3% voter preference. In Maharashtra, exit polls had predicted a close contest but suggested that the BJP-led Mahayuti alliance would hold a slight advantage over the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA). Pollsters largely expected the ruling alliance to retain power, though not by a wide margin. In Delhi, most surveys forecasted a strong lead for the BJP, with a few suggesting a relatively better performance for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Overall, pollsters agreed that the BJP would dominate the capital’s political landscape once again. In Haryana and Jharkhand, predictions leaned the other way. Exit polls had tipped Congress to win in Haryana, while in Jharkhand they projected a tight race between the BJP-led alliance and the JMM-led INDIA bloc.
