NEW DELHI: Investigative agencies on Thursday said that around eight terrorists planned to carry out serial blasts in several cities across India, news agency ANI, citing sources.According to ANI, terrorists had planned to move to four cities in groups of two each which was supposed to carry multiple IEDs along with them.”Around eight suspects planned to carry out a serial blast at four locations. The team, headed by senior officers of the Superintendent of Police rank and above, will conduct a coordinated and comprehensive investigation.
