During the same, he paused the set to just video call his parents and show them the massive audience he was performing for. He turned the camera towards the crowd that was cheering for him and said, “Papa, yeh aapse kuch kehna chahte hain (Dad, they all want to say something to you).” The audience gave a warm applause during the emotional moment for the comedian.Khan’s parents waved and greeted the crowd with folded hands through the video call. Expressing his feelings on Instagram, Zakir called it a “big day” and stated that it was an “overwhelming” moment. He went on to share that it was a “special milestone,” of his career as a comedian.

Zakir Khan was joined by Tanmay Bhat and Hasan Minhaj. Meanwhile, in an interview with Fox 5 New York about the show, Khan stated that the venue was never a part of the plan. He said, “It always felt like a place for big movie stars, not for boys from Indore. But sometimes life goes beyond your dreams.”
