When ‘Dhurandhar’ actor Ranveer Singh said his wedding ring is ‘very dear’ to him: ‘Presented to me by my wife’

Ranveer Singh, who will soon be seen on the big screen in and as ‘Dhurandhar,’ has never shied away from showing his pokie side to the world. Especially, whenever it comes to expressing love for his wife, Ranveer Singh pours his heart out. Everything about his lovely wife Deepika Padukone is close to his heart, including his wedding ring. Last year, the ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani’ actor confessed that it is one of the jewelry pieces which is ‘very dear’ to him.

When Ranveer Singh confessed how special his wedding ring is to him

In May 2024, Ranveer Singh was attending an event, where he was asked about his fondest pieces of jewellery. Replying to the same in a conversation with Vogue, Ranveer said, “Personal, sentimental value attached to them are my favourite, most dear pieces.”He then added that one of the pieces closest to him is his wedding ring. “One of the rings that are very dear to me is this one — it’s my wedding ring, presented to me by my wife,” he said. The actor further added, “The other one is a platinum engagement ring. And there’s, of course, my mother’s diamond earrings and my grandmother’s pearls.”

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s first movie together was Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.’ Since then their chemistry made news both on and off the screen. In 2018, Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot in a destination wedding. All of their wedding festivities were a huge celebration attended by family and friends. In September 2024, the couple welcomed their first child, baby Dua. Deepika and Ranveer revealed the face of their baby girl on Diwali 2025, and the internet couldn’t get enough of her cuteness.

Ranveer Singh will be making it to the big screens with ‘Dhurandar’ on December 5, 2025. The movie also stars Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna and more. Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, will next be seen in ‘King’ alongside Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana Khan. Go to Source
