Veteran actor Dharmendra passed away on November 24. Just as he leaves a void in cinema, here’s recalling some of his fond memories. His daughter Esha Deol has often melted hearts by sharing throwback photos from her childhood. Among the many that the actress posted online was one featuring her father and legendary actor Dharmendra. The picture showed a young Esha dressed in a pink outfit, posing beside her dad, who appeared relaxed on a sofa during one of his outdoor shoots.Sharing the adorable photo on Instagram, she wrote in the caption, “Never understood why I couldn’t keep a straight face as a kid in photos. I guess that explains the nautanki in me With my darling papa at one of his outdoor shoots back in the 80s @aapkadharam.”

Dharmendra’s emotional message to his family

Around the same time, Dharmendra also shared a heartfelt social media post in which he apologised to his wife Hema and daughters Esha and Ahana for not reaching out to them personally. The emotional post had the actor seemingly extending an olive branch to his family.
