The megastar of Hindi cinema, Amitabh Bachchan, on his show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ talked about his experience of working with actor-filmmaker, Farhan Akhtar.On Monday, the makers of the show released a new promo of the upcoming episode on its social media account. It showcased Big B reminiscing about working with Farhan on the sets of ‘Lakshya’. In the clip, Sr Bachchan can be seen telling Farhan’s father, the legendary screenwriter Javed Akhtar, “We have also done a film, that film was ‘Lakshya’. What was my experience of working with him? Raat ko yeh humare kamre mein aaye. Amitabh uncle, are you having some problem? Pehli baar laga ki main ek nausikhiya hi hoon aur yeh ustaad hai betha hua jo keh raha hai dekho bethe, hum tumko batate hain kaise acting karni chahiye (He came to our room at night. He said, ‘Amit uncle, are you having some problem?’ For the first time, I felt that I am a novice. And this master is sitting and telling me, look son, I will tell you how to act. You should do this).”Watch the video here: ‘Lakshya’ was helmed by Farhan while Big B starred in the film. The duo has starred together in ‘Wazir’. On the other hand, Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan’s father, Javed Akhtar, share a long history. The veteran screenwriter along with his partner Salim Khan, has written multiple films starring the megastar. The movies written by the duo established Amitabh Bachchan as the angry young man of that era. The movies include ‘Zanjeer’, ‘Deewaar’, ‘Sholay’, ‘Don’, and ‘Trishul’.
