When Akshaye Khanna said KJor’s shoes were ‘annoying’ him

When Akshaye Khanna said Karan Johar's cheetah-printed footwear were 'annoying' him: 'Your shoes are..'

Akshaye Khanna, the prolific actor whose choreography, dialogues, and an innate aura are widely discussed all over social media, has been an undisputable meme-king for a long time. Whether it’s the hilarious moments from the films or the classic nonchalant behavior in the interviews, the 50-year-old has been hailed for his honest comments and scrunching eyebrows. As his clips continue to trend on the internet, some of his previous talk show moments captured the audience’s eyes.

When Akshaye Khanna revealed Karan Johar’s shoes were annoying him

During a 2017 conversation with Karan Johar for the film ‘Ittefaq,’ Khanna joined Siddharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha on the interrogation couch. The filmmaker distinctively wore an all-black suit, which he paired with vivid cheetah-printed shoes. When all of them were discussing how single they all were, Malhotra started the topic of Johar’s footwear. “Your shoes are annoying the s**t out of me,” Khanna said with a straight face, while looking at the print. Stunned by the sudden comment, the other three laughed. Meanwhile, Sonakshi asked Khanna to name a man who could pull off such a shoe. Certainly, the actor agreed and claimed no one other than Johar had the ability to wear and ace the print. “He’s saying that with pity,” Johar added, while appreciating the honest comment.
