When Abhishek called wife Aishwarya ‘Aaradhya’s supermom’

When Abhishek Bachchan called wife Aishwarya Rai 'Aaradhya’s supermom'; 'She remains deeply grateful for all the love she receives'

Abhishek Bachchan is one proud hubby who has never shied away from sharing his deep admiration for his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Let’s throwback to a time when he praised her unwavering support and grace through every phase of life and even dubbed her as a ‘Supermom’.In a 2017 interview with ANI, the actor praised Aishwarya for her selflessness as a mother and her dignified response to public scrutiny, particularly over her post-pregnancy weight gain. He recalled how negative remarks from the media affected him, but Aishwarya never let them define her. “Soon after Aaradhya was born, the media went at her about her weight gain. Nasty things were written, which really upset me,” he shared.“When she became a mother her career took a backseat. Today, she does everything for Aaradhya. She is supermom,” Abhishek said with pride.

The ‘Supermom’ who never complains

Abhishek further reflected on Aishwarya’s grounded nature and her ability to stay above superficial concerns. He revealed that despite her global fame as one of the most beautiful women in the world, her humility has always left him in awe. “People still call her the most beautiful woman in the world, and she remains deeply grateful for all the love she receives. Despite her packed travel schedules and unpredictable work hours, I’ve never once heard her complain, whether it’s about where she sits on a plane or the kind of car she travels in. She never gets caught up in trivial things, and that’s what truly captivates me,” he added.

A love story that began on ‘Guru’ sets

Aishwarya and Abhishek’s love story blossomed during the shooting of ‘Guru’ (2007). The couple tied the knot on April 20, 2007, in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai. They welcomed their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, in November 2011.On the work front, Aishwarya was last seen in ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’. Abhishek, on the other hand, will be seen playing the villain in the upcoming film ‘King’, co-starring with Shah Rukh Khan, Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji and many others.
