While talking to E!News about the matter, Vaughn commented that he was open to the idea of a sequel for the hit film. He commented, “I would, you know, if there’s a good story, it’s always fun to do something, but I think you’d need a really good idea and not just jump into it.”During the interview, he also revealed that there had been talks of making a sequel on multiple occasions; however, most of the time, the plans did not materialize as desired. He further emphasized that a good quality script would matter most when accepting an offer for a sequel. “It could be fun to get back with those guys if everything worked out,” he concluded.
