Salman Khan made a notable return to the fashion scene as the showstopper for Vikram Phadnis’s 35th-anniversary event in Mumbai. Phadnis expressed deep gratitude to the superstar, crediting him and his family for his identity and early career opportunities. The event also saw a heartwarming reunion between Salman and Bipasha Basu backstage.

After being away from fashion scene for years, Salman Khan made a stylish return to the runway, as he became showstopper for designer Vikram Phadnis. The designer celebrated 35 years in the industry with a grand event in Mumbai on October 14.

Vikram took the opportunity to thank the superstar. He said, “I’d like to say Thank You to a man to gave me my identify in this industry. I didn’t know what it means to sit in an aircraft. He gave me my first passport. He gave me an identity that no one else did.

A heartfelt tribute to Salman and his family

Elaborating further, he added, “I have said this in all my interviews, I owe everything I am today only to Salman Khan and his entire family. They have not only been kind but have taken me as the son of that house and like I said, the first time I went abroad was with Alvira and Salman and they showed me a different side of the world that I have not been able to see.”

One of the evening’s highlights happened backstage when Salman and Bipasha Basu shared a warm moment. The longtime friends were seen laughing, holding hands, and chatting, reminding fans of their bond from the early 2000s.The event drew a star-studded guest list, including Sonakshi Sinha, Zaheer Iqbal, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Navya Naveli Nanda, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, Huma Qureshi, Divya Dutta, and Natasa Stankovic.
