The film marks.Dhanush’s highly anticipated return to Rai’s emotionally charged universe after Raanjhanaa and Atrangi Re and could possibly take the biggest opening of the month in Bollywood. The rise in its collection has been steady over the past few days with the film crossing Rs 5 crore mark by Thursday morning. The film is being released in two languages, Hindi and Tamil. Tamil purely to cater to Dhanush’s fans. The Hindi version remains the primary driver, accounting for a massive Rs 2.34 crore in gross sales from 95,282 tickets across 9,850 shows from organic sales. The Tamil version, though limited in scale, has also shown healthy traction, contributing Rs 13.35 lakh from 10,694 tickets across 420 shows. With this momentum, Tere Ishk Mein is on track to register an opening in the Rs 10-12 crore range on Day 1.
