Taylor Swift and Blake Lively are ‘not in contact’

Taylor Swift and Blake Lively are 'not in contact,' despite the rumors of 'low-key reunion'

Taylor Swift might like her friends ‘CANCELLED!’, but the track record suggests that she can forget your existence in a snap. While the rumors claimed that the friendship between Blake Lively and the billionaire singer had rekindled, the latest reports say otherwise. After the actress dragged the singer through the legal mud for Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit, the 35-year-old is not in much delight to wear friendship bracelets with the ‘Gossip Girl’ actress. Previously, the reports claimed that the long-time best friends had a ‘low-key’ reunion. However, Page Six reports that they have had no contact, and the duo hasn’t spoken since last winter when the accusations took over the headlines. Lively and Swift were two of the highly photographed celebrities, but they haven’t talked or met each other in months. The public downfall started after Blake Lively filed a sexual harassment (not proven) lawsuit against her ‘It Ends with Us’ co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. As a retaliation, he filed a USD 400 million lawsuit for defamation and extortion. While his lawsuit has been dismissed by the judge, it had receipts that Blake Lively referred to her husband Ryan Reynolds and Taylor Swift as ‘dragons.’ “The message could not have been clearer,” the lawsuit read, before adding, “Baldoni was not just dealing with Lively. He was also facing Lively’s ‘dragons,’ two of the most influential and wealthy celebrities in the world, who were not afraid to make things very difficult for him.”After the whole debacle, the media outlet reported that Swift felt ‘used’ in the mess and wished that Lively hadn’t dragged her into the whole situation. Moreover, Swift was furious that the actress used her for clout and leverage in her dealings with Baldoni. “She really hates that Blake would even think like that, let alone write the things she did in that text,” the report said.
