Rumors have taken the internet by storm, suggesting that comedian Tanmay Bhat has an astonishing net worth of Rs 665 crore, making him the wealthiest YouTuber in India. With his characteristic wit, Bhat quipped that if he truly had that much money, he certainly wouldn’t be promoting YouTube memberships.

Tanmay Bhat, who is one of India’s most popular content creators and comics, recently rocked the headlines after reports of his net worth surfaced on the internet. These reports claimed that he has a net worth of Rs 665 crore, and thus, the comedian is the richest YouTuber in the country. And now, Bhat has reacted to all reports that are doing the rounds on the internet.

Tanmay Bhat reacts to his net worth reports

As per the report published by Tech Informer, Tanmay Bhat topped the list of richest content creators in India, followed by Technical Guruji and Samay Raina. Soon, the YouTuber and producer reacted to the claims and added, “Bhai, itne paise hote toh main YouTube membership nahi bech raha hota (If I had that much money, I would not have been selling YouTube memberships).”

His reaction also received a sarcastic yet funny comment that read, “Tanmay bhai, throw 10-20 crore over here into my mouth, otherwise the raid will hit.”

Tanmay has worked on multiple commercials until now. He has also made a short appearance as Popo in the movie ‘Mr X’, starring Emraan Hashmi, Amyra Dastur, Arunoday, and Nora Fatehi. Apart from this, he also starred in ‘Ragini MMS 2’, in which he played the character of ‘Making guy.’ Bhat has also served as producer on the Hindi comedy movie ‘Chintu Ka Birthday’, which revolved around an Indian family stuck in Iraq during the US invasion. The movie was released in the year 2020.He was also the creative producer of the film ’14 Phere’, which was released in the year 2021.
